Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all GUAPI branded tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
